The ASCSU Electronic Plaza Sign is available to all programs that are co-sponsored by ASCSU.

There are three avenues for co-sponsorship. Your group needs only one.

• Funded by ASCSU's Student Funding Board
• Co-Sponsored by an ASCSU Department/Branch (meaning that it is involved in event production)
• Endorsed by ASCSU Senate through legislation

Rules and Regulations for ASCSU Electronic Plaza Sign

• Request forms are due by 3:00 pm the Monday the week prior to your requested date of posting.
• Event can only be posted once a semester, for a maximum of seven days.
• ASCSU holds discretion over all design elements. Maximum of three frames.
• Requests will be accommodated in the order they were received. Space is limited.
• No postings which include mention of fees for goods and/or services.
